Refunds
We are confident that you will be completely happy with your RewardingKids purchase. However we understand that there may be instances where you may wish to return or exchange an item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your purchase within 14 days (Australian orders) or 30 days (international orders) for a full refund on the costs of the goods – no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a “no charge” replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment.
Method of Refunds
RewardingKids will refund directly to your PayPal account, your bank account (Australian orders only), or we can post a cheque or international money order.
How to Make a Return
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt. Please also let us know of your intentions before returning our goods through our online contact form.
