Charges
Delivery charges will vary depending on what part of the World the order is being delivered to. Our base of operations is in Perth, Australia – all deliveries originate from this point.
You can calculate what the delivery fee will be for your order before you place an order, simply by entering our “shop” (click on the products page tab along the top navigation bar). Choose the product you wish to order by clicking on it’s “add to cart” icon. When you enter the checkout area (click on “checkout” tab) you will be given the option to choose a destination Country from the drop down menu in the “calculate shipping price” section. At this point you can simply back out of the ordering process by clicking your browser’s “back” button, or you can fill out your details and complete the order.
Delivery Times
Total delivery times are estimated from when your order is placed into our system. We usually process orders within 1-2 working days (Most orders are despatched the same day the order is processed). This processing time should be added to the estimated delivery time (1-10 days, depending on your location). Delivery times should also allow for the standard working week (orders can be processed, but not delivered over the weekend period).
